Joel Kimble is the filmmaker behind Sagebrush Films. His journey began with skate videos and camping trip montages — early projects that taught him to capture life as it really happens: unscripted, full of movement, and alive with energy.
Later, with a degree in Film and years of storytelling experience, Joel brought that same instinct to weddings. When friends first asked him to film their celebrations, Joel realized most wedding videos felt predictable and detached from the true spirit of the day. He wanted to create something different: films that reflect couples as they are, with honesty, warmth, and artistry.
Today, Joel’s unobtrusive approach allows couples to live fully in the moment while he documents it with care. His films are not productions — they are living records of love, family, and celebration.
